Product Details
Catalyst product features: To solve the problem of expensive precious metal catalysts, RH-VOC rare earth-non-precious metal catalysts were developed. RH-VOC catalysts use cordierite ceramic honeycomb as carrier, metal Ag, non-precious metal oxides (CuO, MnOx, CoOx) and rare earth composite oxides as main active components, and are coated on the carrier surface using a special process. This catalyst is suitable for the catalytic combustion of oxygen-containing organic matter (esters, ketones, aldehydes, ethers), but has poor catalytic performance for benzene and alkane VOCs.
Catalyst specifications: 100*100*40mm, 100*100*50mm, etc. can be specified by the user.

99.5 is the minimum reaction temperature for the VOC purification rate to reach 99.5.
Thermal stability of catalyst: After calcining the catalyst at 800℃, the T99.5 temperature of the catalyst increased by 10℃.
Catalyst use conditions: To ensure high purification efficiency and long-term use of the catalyst, it is recommended to use a space velocity of 10000-30000 h -1 ; the reaction temperature is greater than 300 ° C. The reaction temperature should be controlled below 500 ° C for long-term use, and 600 ° C for short-term shock.
Service life: 1 year.
