Conventional performance evaluation of catalysts

This system is an independently built fixed bed catalyst evaluation device, consisting of a high-temperature furnace, a reaction gas path, a mass flow meter, a condensation system, and a detection system, used for evaluating catalyst performance in high-temperature and high-pressure catalytic reactions. The device is equipped with an atmospheric pressure reduction and high-pressure reaction gas supply system. Place a certain amount of catalyst in a fixed bed reactor and conduct long-term continuous testing of catalyst performance under specific reaction conditions. The core process components of the device, such as reactors and condensers, are designed with special structures according to different process requirements to meet the experimental requirements of different catalysts and processes; The instruments of the device, such as pressure reducing valves, back pressure valves, flow meters, and pipe valves, are all made of imported components to ensure maximum stability, reliability, and safety during use. The maximum design pressure of the system is 5MPa, the maximum design temperature of the reactor is 1000 degrees Celsius, and the maximum insulation temperature of the pipeline is 100 degrees Celsius.

Catalyst stability evaluation

The maximum design pressure of the system is 5MPa, the maximum design temperature of the reactor is 800 degrees Celsius, and the maximum insulation temperature of the pipeline is 100 degrees Celsius.

Catalyst Forming Service (Small)

This device is designed for exploring the formation of laboratory powder catalysts, equipped with a single screw extrusion device and conventional shaped molds (such as clover, cylinder, hollow cylinder, etc.). The required amount of powder catalyst is relatively small, making it very suitable for laboratory stage exploration of forming processes and optimization of forming formulas. And the device is easy to disassemble and clean, making it less likely to cause pollution.
