Product Details
Catalyst product features: PB-VOC catalyst, with spherical alumina as carrier and precious metal Pd-Pt as active component, is used for catalytic (combustion) purification of volatile organic waste gas (VOCs). The catalyst has the characteristics of high activity, high VOCs purification efficiency, stable performance, high anti-toxicity and long service life.
Catalyst specifications: 3-5 mm, 4-6 mm, etc. can be specified by the user
Catalyst application areas: purification of organic waste gases such as aromatics, alkanes, olefins, esters, ketones, alcohols, styrene, isophorone, DBE, PMA, etc. emitted in enameled wire, coating, metal printing, packaging, chemical and other production fields.

T99.5 is the minimum reaction temperature at which the VOC purification rate reaches 99.5.
Thermal stability of catalyst: After calcining the catalyst at 800°C, the T 99.5 temperature of the catalyst increased by 10°C.
Catalyst use conditions: To ensure high purification efficiency and long-term use of the catalyst, according to the catalyst performance and the object of use, it is recommended to use a space velocity of 10000-20000 h -1 ; the reaction temperature is greater than 300 ° C. The reaction temperature should be controlled below 500 ° C for long-term use, and the short-term impact temperature is 800 ° C. The use temperature is related to the precious metal content.
Service life: 1-2 years.
